Physiotherapists
Hands on a patient, phone ringing in reception.
Callso answers in your clinic's name, books initial assessments and follow-ups into your real diary, and refers anything clinical straight to you.
The call you missed
You run single-handed and you are mid-treatment. A new patient rings about back pain, gets voicemail, and books with the clinic that answered. New patients are worth years of follow-ups, and that one never came back.
How she handles it
Caller
I've done something to my lower back. Do I need a scan first?
Brenda
That's one for Emma rather than me - she'll go through it properly at the assessment. An initial assessment is £65 and takes 45 minutes.
Caller
Can I get in this week?
Brenda
Thursday at 11, or Friday at 4. Which works better for you?
What she knows
Read from your own website, checked by you, then quoted word for word. She never invents a price.
- Initial assessment45 min£65
- Follow-up treatment30 min£45
- Sports massage60 min£55
- Post-op rehab block of 630 min£240
Brenda never gives clinical advice. She books, and defers.
The maths
What are missed calls actually costing you?
Your call. We will not quote you a statistic we cannot stand behind.
You are losing about
£1,268
a month, to a ringing phone.
Brenda answers every one of those calls and takes the details, from £39 a month. To book them straight into your diary it is £79.
She has to save you one job a month to have paid for herself.
Start with Answer, £399 missed calls a week, 50% of them ringing the next business, at £65 a job. That is the whole sum - no fine print.
Pricing
Three plans. One missed job pays for any of them.

- Google Calendar and Outlook, both ways
- Holds the slot and tells the caller they are pencilled in
- You approve it with one tap, confirmation sent for you

Team
She books the right person, not just a time.
£149/month
About 250 calls a month. For up to five people, chairs or bays.

- Five diaries, five sets of hours, five sets of services
- Knows who does what - 'Kayleigh does brows on Tuesdays'

Every new account starts with Brenda asking your permission before she does anything - bookings, emails, quotes. You loosen that yourself, when she has earned it. Go past your calls for the month and we tell you before anything is charged - it is 25p a minute after that, and we will point you at the plan that costs you less.
Questions
The things people ask before they sign up.
Will my customers know it is not a person?
She says she is an assistant if she is asked, and she never pretends otherwise. Every call opens by telling the caller it is recorded - that line is part of the greeting and cannot be removed. Most callers just want their MOT booking and a straight answer.
How does she know anything about my business?
You give her your website address. She reads it - your services, your prices, your areas, your hours - and shows you a draft of what she learned. You correct anything that is wrong and approve it. If you have no website, she asks you about ten multiple-choice questions instead.
What if she does not know the answer?
She says so. 'I'll get Dave to confirm that for you' - then she takes the caller's details and drafts you an email reply to approve. She does not guess at a price, ever. Inventing a number is the one thing we treat as a failure.
What happens if your system goes down?
Your calls forward to your mobile, exactly as they did before Callso, and you get the missed-call text as normal. The number is yours and the fallback lives at the phone network, not in our software - so if we break, the phone still rings. Nobody ever gets dead air.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and divert calls to the one we give you - all calls, or only when you are busy or closed, whichever you pick. It is a short code you dial once on your own phone, and we show you the exact one for EE, O2, Vodafone or Three.
Can she book into my actual calendar?
Yes, on Book and Team. She connects to Google Calendar or Outlook, reads your real availability - your hours, your holidays, your existing appointments, the buffer you want between jobs - and writes the booking to both your diary and your calendar.
What if she books something wrong?
She reads the date, time and job back to the caller and waits for a yes before she writes anything. On top of that, every booking lands in your approvals inbox for a tap, until you tell her she can go ahead without asking.
How long does setting up take?
About twenty minutes, most of it you reading what she has learned about your business and correcting the bits she got wrong. The number, the diversion and the calendar are a few minutes each.
