This is a draft.
Callso has not launched. This page sets out what we intend to do with your information, but it has not been through a solicitor yet and it is not a contract. The finished version lands before we take a single payment.
The deal, in plain English. What we do for you, what it costs, and what happens when something goes wrong.
What Callso does
We answer calls to a phone number we give you, in your business's name, using the information about your business that you approved. On the Book and Team plans we also write appointments into your diary and your calendar.
You keep your own number. You divert calls to us, and you can stop diverting them whenever you like.
What it costs
Answer is £39 a month, Book is £79, Team is £149, plus the call minutes you use. Billing runs through Stripe, monthly, and you cancel from your own dashboard without asking us.
What you are responsible for
The information you give the receptionist. She quotes your prices and describes your services from what you approved, so if a price is wrong on your website and you approve it anyway, the quote she gives is the one you told her to give.
You also confirm you are allowed to divert the number you divert, and that you will not use Callso to break the law or ring people who have asked you not to.
When something breaks
If our system fails, calls to your number forward to your mobile and ring as they always did. That fallback lives at the phone network rather than in our software, so an outage on our side means your phone rings - not silence.
We do not promise the receptionist is perfect. She reads every booking back to the caller and waits for a yes before writing it, and every new account starts with her asking your permission before she does anything at all.
Ending it
Cancel any time from the dashboard and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Your recordings and transcripts are deleted on the retention schedule in the privacy page, or sooner if you ask.
